The apartment (and the whole house) is either newly built or completely refurbished. Our apartment was very comfy, spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, above average. The view from both balconies is splendid. The house is virtually by the sea and there is a nice promenade walk just next to it. Within the walking distance 3-5min there is a restaurant (tasty local dishes) and grocery store as well as bakery.
