This hotel is situated in very good locations, just 10-15 minutes from the beach, shops, bars, restaurants, attractions for kids, and farmacy. It is right opposite to upside-down house - one of the fun attractions in Sunny beach. if you are self-catering, this hotel has his own restaurant with fantastic food they can offer for kids and adults. Small supermarket is right in the corner. The prices for food and drinks are very affordable. Nice relaxing atmosphere way from hustle and bustle, but everything close by. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and very welcoming. They provide a transfer from the airport for us too. Overall, we are very happy with our staying here. We travel from Scotland. Thanks to the owner and the rest of the staff. xx

I had a great stay at this hotel! Cleanliness is very important to me, and I was really impressed with how spotless everything was – from the rooms to the common areas. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the beach and the town center, which made it really easy to get around. There’s even a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which was super convenient for exploring the area. They also have a restaurant on-site, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!

Free parking in front of the hotel and less than a minute to both the Sunny Beach/St.Vlas and Nessebar bus stops and free bus to the water park. My large room had a comfy double bed with cotton sheets, it smelt and looked clean (important for me)! The towels were also fresh. There's a small kitchen with kettle and fridge. Contrary to a previous comment, there was only light traffic noise with the balcony door open and none when closed.

The property is located in the most prime area of Sunny beach with easy accessibility. And the best part is the friendly owner who manages the place. Highly recommend !!
