The location is great, right in the center, next to the bus station. The beach promenade is two steps away. Good view from the balcony, equipped with furniture, dryer. Key entry, concierge. The studio is equipped with a kitchen. Refrigerator, air conditioning. Nice bathroom with a full bath, not just a shower. Boiler, hot water. Very convenient check-in. Polite owner, allowed to check in early. I liked everything!

The entry to the complex was via a chipped fob and sensor and the studio apartment had a double locking door. This was a rented studio and there was no breakfast as it was a self catering arrangement. The studio was nicely decorated with a galley kitchen, two tier breakfast bar, a large sliding door wardrobe, a very large bed, a shower with sink and bidet in the bathroom and a TV desk/cupboard and other bedside storage and was clean. The microwave, the fridge freezer, the halogen hob while a little dated all worked well including the air conditioning that I tested but did not need to use. The shower and hot water was prompt on demand, there was a hand washing soap dispenser in the bathroom, dish washing detergent was supplied in the galley type kitchen and there were sufficient towels supplied. The bed was large, I believe it might have been a super-king size. I also appreciated the cable TV that supplied a wide range of channels including the BBC World News. I liked the location as it was in central Sunny beach, close to the beach and also just 10 minutes walk from Sunny Beach bus station. Due to being off season it was very quiet in the surrounding streets. My host Stan was very much hands off but maintained good communication with me. I did not see Stan at any time during my stay which is a pity as I would have liked to have met him at least once. The property had a balcony with two chairs, a small table and a clothes drier stand that was useful when drying off some small items of washing. Lastly just a short distance from the property was the Iglika Bar situated inside a corral with plenty of seating around a circular bar and very good prices, soft music and ideal for meeting and chatting with fellow holiday makers.

The location is good. Everything is very close, including the beach, restaurants, supermarket, and shops. You can do everything on foot.

reception very friendly- nice area and lovely beach all in a couple of mins walk- room spacious and lovely restuarants cheaper than the centre- 5 mins walk to the bus station
