We really enjoyed our stay at this property . It gives you a good mood from the entrance as all staff is very friendly , always ready to help .Food is so tasty also and I appreciate that its not repetitive,we have the chance to try new dishes .Animation team is doing a great job as well . Thank you so much for making our vacation an amazing one.

Comfort and respect! The team was fabulous. Hotel - Not far from Nesebar - you can use "train" to get there or even walk on foot. The stop was nearby. Great free beach with dunes just 10 min walking distance. Meals and drinks (alco and non) were great, however the fish was not the good option. The bar outside served good afternoon snacks.

Hotel interior is excellent, service on reception is good, staff could use a little more language knowledge, but things are going well and there are solutions. Room cleaning was excellent, very nice and kind room maids.The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet has a large selection of food, unfortunately no lactose or gluten-free food. In the meantime, the snack buffet is open - no one went hungry.Very nice experience.
