The location is great - extremely close to the beach, near a zone where we paid 9 leva per umbrella/sunbed (there was a table included in the price). There’s an animator and evening entertainment (singers, dancers etc). There’s a variety of dishes from soups, meats, fries to desserts. They offer table tennis and a flower themed room for pictures. The rooms are overall clean and have a great spacious balconies. The AC works. The bar offers alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Ground floor has water dispensers and many tables and chairs for waiting guests (the reception area is quite small and they have only 1 computer as far as i could tell). Another plus are the overall clean toilets on the ground floor.

Everything about this hotel is a bit contradictory. I’ll try to break it down into pros and cons. First of all, I booked the hotel with a very good discount, so for the price I paid, it exceeded my expectations by 200%. However, I’ll describe the pros and cons from the perspective of someone who paid full price. Pros: The room was undoubtedly lovely. We had the most basic room, but it was spacious (26 sq.m.) and had a large balcony with a sea view. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: toiletries, towels, a hairdryer, air conditioning, a TV, a table, an armchair, etc. Secondly, the staff deserves special mention. The receptionists were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. I especially remember Zachary Kostov — he responded to any request faster than I could even voice it. That was truly a case of someone going above and beyond expectations. But most of all, I want to highlight the female animator. Not only did she manage to get my teenage daughter involved in activities (which is nearly impossible), she also helped us with a rather delicate situation, and we’re very grateful for that. Next, the location. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the bus station, which is important given how expensive taxis are in the city. The beach is right next to the hotel, and there's also a pedestrian street nearby with lots of cafés and little shops. And finally — the food. There’s plenty of it, it’s varied, and quite decent overall. My kids absolutely loved the chicken nuggets. Overall, this hotel is a solid example of a typical Bulgarian 4-star hotel.
