The fine print
Family Hotel Gallery may accommodate your pet for a fee of 40BGN per pet, per day. We can accommodate only dogs and cats up to 5KG in all rooms. This fee is collected at reception upon check-in.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The staff was great, everybody was smiling and helpful. They have a decent level of English. The absence of children in the hotel makes it more enjoyable. The pools are large, and there weren't any crowded days while I stayed there. Also, the beach is within walking distance and is really nice, with a wooden path leading to it through some dunes. The food was great, you had plenty of choices, and all of them were really tasty. Every day, there were some variations to the menu, which made it interesting. You also have a good selection of drinks, and they are all good.

I liked the location. It is exactly in Sunny Beach centre. The room and the bathroom size are super good. The cleaning staff and receptionists were excellent. Food is very good too.
