Location and pool grounds were excellent. Apartment was well equipped with everything needed and host were very nice. The main bed was really big and spacious.

The location - overlooking the main promenade/strip, beach & with a sea view. But within walking distance of the main shopping area, restaurants and Flower Street. The apartment was clean & comfortable. Communication with the owner through whatsapp (and google translate) was fantastic and the manager Kapka, was so helpful, meeting us at the property, arranging for spare keys etc. No fuss. Sunny Beach itself was just getting ready for the main season, so it was quiet. It was great to watch the industry setting up. Supermarket just round the corner, hotels offering walk-ins for dinner, all inclusive saved cooking. Don't worry about it being "out of season" - Sunny Beach is open. Can't wait to rebook.

The apartment is fantastic, the see view is unforgettable and the hosts are very very nice. Our family vacation was absolutely perfect and I will book the place again if there is an opportunity.

The apartment was perfectly equipped, had everything we needed. The host was very kind and helpful throughout. He welcomed us with a nicely cleaned room. The view from the living room and the terrace is fabulous and unforgettable. We would love to come back here another time.
