Amazing property, close to the city center and the beach, clean and equipped with everything needed (even a washing machine). The apartment complex is fabulous and has a great pool with bar.

The apartment was very comfortable, looked like the pictures and had everything we needed. We stayed for 10 nights, we did our cleaning and cooking. The host was very helpful and told us to ask if we needed something. Close by - walking distance we had Carrefour express ( 3-5 minutes) or by car, we found a Lidl 10 minute distance. In the apartment we had: hairdryer, iron, broom & mop and in the kitchen basic utensils to cook (knifes, forks, spoons, pans, ....).There was no coffee maker, but we knew that and brought one. I did not found a shower gel in the bathroom, but i bought one from the supermarket. Wifi was good, TV working and with lots of channels, Also, in the complex we had a very good jacuzzi, pool ( water was a bit cold in the morning, but good in the afternoon) and also, a good restaurant - delicious food & homemade cakes. I recommend it for lunch, dinners or cocktails by the pool. There are lots of free parking spaces close by. From the complex to the beach were 15 minutes (walking), but we liked going in the evening for a longer walk along the seaside.

This is a newly renovated apartment in an elegant complex. The furniture is new and high quality. We enjoyed the huge terrace too. Location is the best in Sunny Beach: close to the center, close to the beach(es), but still in a quiet neighborhood. Also, there are several smaller and bigger shops just one corner away. The complex's own park is great with a huge swimming pool and some smaller ones. The hosts, Anna and Djima are extremely nice and it's fun to communicate with them. We will surely return.

There was only one room in which nothing was missing. The kitchen equipment was very modest. We were surprised by the hotel's room service. The campus is the best. Great cuisine and service. The pool and grounds resembled a homely atmosphere. The room was on the 3rd floor with a view of the campus.
