Excellent friendly staff, all was perfectly clean. Everything u need on vacation and maybe more. But check with staff if there is renovation on 6 floar cause from 9am till 5pm was very noisy.

It had a nice and quiet atmosphere away from the busy street. There were some families with kids, so it wasn't like a party accommodation. There was a small swimming pool, although most of the resorts in Sunny Beach seemed to have one each. There was a washing machine available, so it was good for washing my wet swimsuits and other items. Shops were located very close by, and the beach was about a 5-10 minute walk away, but I didn't mind.
