Communication from the Host was excellent! I text to ask about a spare key as my adult daughters wanted to go out and was responded to immediately with the location of spare key!

Great location, and felt very secure which is important with young kids. It's really nicely laid out, with tasteful decor. Had everything we needed for our short stay. Hope to be back if it's available the next time we visit.

The apartment is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and located in a quiet area, which is exactly what we look for in a property. Free wifi and a television makes it a home from home. We were very happy with it. It is a 5 minute drive to the clean sandy beaches of Roker and Seaburn, and there's a long, wide promenade which is ideal for walking. Everything was spotlessly clean in the apartment, and we had everything we needed if we wanted to self cater. The host's father, Kevin, was close at hand if we had any problems. Hybrid car added bonus - We enquired about the cost of charging our hybrid car and were told we could use it free of charge, and that the owner would be very happy for us to use it - which we did.
