Good location (walking distance to city center via steep stairs but nice walk) with convenient parking. Heating & hot water worked fine.

Clean, spacious and confortable apartment. Plenty of hot water, heating system works well. Good bed. Good location, downtown is at 5 minutes by car, 20 minutes on foot.
