The B&B is run by owners who try to do the best to meet your expectations. Very helpful with hints for walking and eating in Stratford. Parking is quite basic behind backyards of other properties. The B&B got 3 parking lots so reserving it in advance is advisable. The room size was as expected for B&B and was facing the backyard so we didn't get any noise from the main street. The breakfast was delicious and we could have as many tea or coffee as we wanted to.

The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. The distance from the Stratford theatre was very easy even for two ancients. Breakfast was very generous. The room was modest but met our needs very satisfactorily. Parking was an essential benefit in a town which is often overwhelmed with cars.

The location is fantastic so convenient to the centre .With the added bonus of rear parking .The ensuite bathroom and bedroom are exceptionally clean and tidy . Breakfast is great, very attentive staff, nothing too much trouble.

I was able to leave my car some hours before booking in. Monica was very helpful. I had been upgraded to an ensuite in a cool room on a very hot day which I appreciated. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The house was a ten minute walk from the theatre and the centre of town. A very enjoyable stay.
