A cozy hotel right next to the train station in Stonehaven. Absolutely suitable for a one-night stopover during a trip. There is a large pub on the ground floor, but its customers did not disturb the atmosphere in the room. The rooms are small, there is no place to spread out large luggage, but it is enough for a one-night stay. The shared toilets and showers (only on the second floor) are spacious and pretty clean. The breakfast served in a pleasant environment was very tasty and there was an opportunity to choose from a rich breakfast menu. Overall, the good impression was enhanced by the friendly staff, so everything was OK for me.

Very clean and tidy, and the breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly. I had a single room, it wasn't ensuite, but the the shared bathroom was very clean.
