Right in the town close to everything. Anna always responded to messages and checking in was very smooth. Very well run place with great facilities. Reasonably priced and provided storage for my bicycle. Great place to stay!

Rooms @ 31 has a very good location in the heart of Stonehaven. The place is spotlessly clean and well organised. My room was light and airy and comfortable. I had a shared bathroom which was also very clean.

Staff were really friendly and they upgraded us to an ensuite room as it was available when we arrived. Room was clean and tidy and in a perfect location.
