I like everything in this hotel; the staff was very cheerful and helpful. the location of the hotel. the breakfast is really good with a lot of options . you feel like you are at home.noorine was so lovely she respond to all my requirement . she even let me do late departure. she also replace my breakfast whc=ich I have missed with lunch

Caravan Serai Amour is situated in the heart of Stone Town, giving you a true taste of local life. From kids running to buy ice cream after school, to the call to prayer 5 times a day, to all sorts of vendors and attractions, you don’t need to stay anywhere else. It is also just off New Mkunazini Road where you will find the famous Lukmaans restaurant, Anatolia and many other local cuisines. Just a bit further is the Dharajani Souk, for great bargains. Noreen, Raheema and Raheeka were all extremely hospitable and made sure all our needs were met and questions answered. There was fresh spicy tea and coffee everyday as well. We only had breakfast on the first day, but it was delicious. On the second day, Noreen spoiled us with some fruit to help kick start our day. Rooms were cleaned once a day and the bathrooms, although shared, were always clean and available. The little kitchen has everything you need to warm up and meal and the fridge is sufficient for the many take-always you will bring back.

I loved staying at Caravan Serai Amour so much! I would always go back there when I am in Stonetown. It’s in the middle of the old town and the rooms are beautiful and clean! The manager and the staff are very kind and helpful, and there was even free water and tea for everyone. Thank you for everything!
