The host was very helpful and was available if I needed anything at any time, great stay

The house was exceptionally clean and the facilities were excellent, everything was provided for. In particular I’d like to acknowledge the staff who were always at the end of a phone or message and responded quickly. There was a slight hiccup midway through the stay (no fault of Truestays) which was dealt with as quickly as possible and the staff couldn’t apologise enough.

The property was clean and warm, the kitchen was lovely and quite well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Living room was adequate, bedrooms were nicely decorated and the bathroom was clean
