All group bookings of 5 rooms or more require a non-refundable deposit of 25 GBP per room.Please specify on booking and prior to arrival your room preference type (for example, smoking or non-smoking). The hotel does not guarantee that your request will be available.Should you require a late check-out, please see the Duty Manager on check-in. Late check-out will be charged according to time of late check-out.Please note that the guest name and cardholder name must be the same, otherwise the booking will not be accepted.Please note the property is going through refurbishments on the exterior and interior of the building. The work will be completed by October 2019.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The room I had been given lacked some features, eg., there was no TV, though after querying this I was promptly assigned another room. The new room had all the expected facilities and was twice the size!
