Staff were friendly and helpful, we enjoyed using the gym and pool and sauna. Breakfast was well cooked and our room was large and everything was clean.

VFM and facilities: Value for money and had a lot to offer at the venue. e g. OK restaurant, bar, gym, swimming pool, sauna and a nice garden. The lounge was a good space to chill out. Good on-site parking. Staff and Customer Care:: The staff are keen and attentive, and the checking and checkout process a breeze. The luggage storage service is very handy. A very good reception team, conveniently located in foyer and meeting lounge and serviced throughout the day and evening. Housekeeping is a good standard and daily as standard or not if that preferential to the customer.. Location and Transport: The location is good for the railway station, and there is an excellent bus service and bus stop by the main entrance to the hotel.. Taxis available. Plus One: We liked the breakfast options, including the kippers! The bar is a bonus and handy for the lounge and garden.
