Fantastic place to stay. Super friendly owner. He even gave me a beer when I arrived on my motorbike and looked rather hot ! Rooms are very well decorated and clean. The bed is very comfortable and the accommodation is quiet. Only 2 minute walk to the front. 30 seconds to a supermarket. It has a nice kitchen you can use. Parking is also a bonus. Highly recommend

Perfect location, very friendly owner, towers changed every two days, clean, balcony +terasa, sea view, close to the promenada and main beach, for sure will return.

Very good choice if you wanna visit Split and the surroundings. You have parking, which was a plus. You don't need to deal with the aglomeration of the city (and during high season it gets jammed). The facilities are very good: clean rooms, modern bathrooms, a common kitchen that has everything you need if you wanna cut down on costs and have some meals there. The owners did a very good job with this accomodation.
