This is a large, modern youth hostel, and although it is located on the fringes of the town there is a very efficient half-hourly bus service from the rail station. The lake shore is only a few minutes walk away, which is nice in the evenings. We had a large private room with shower, and whilst the furnishings were rather spartan, it was to a good standard. The included breakfast was ample and the optional 3 course evening meal was very good value. Although there were some large school groups staying at the same time, their impact on us oldies was pretty minimal!

The place is comfortable, off season is not crowded. Breakfast is good. It's a bit far from the center but there's a bus stop in front of the door.

value for money esp come with the free public transport from bus to train plus cable car during our stay. it was excellent experience in st. moritz for 2 nights with lots of good photos. the hostel come with simple and very good breakfast. the staffs was very helpful. the room come with beautiful mountain view.

Very good breakfast - typical of youth hostel breakfasts. Very helpful staff. Very convenient commute from St.Moritz bus and train station. Bus stops right in front of the hostel.
