The staff at the front counter were really helpful and friendly, whether in sending a fan to help ventilate the room or in giving directions. They even offered mineral water after when we returned to the hotel. The staff who picked us up from the train station was patient to wait and helped with our luggage too. The staff made our stay a pleasant experience.

The hotel is immaculately clean with a perfect location. Bus stops are right outside of the front door and the shuttle to and from the train station is super helpful. The staff were all so friendly and couldn’t have done more for me. Julien and Francesco at reception were great with recommendations and Carola helped me plan sightseeing and hiking. It was always lovely to see Luca and Davide in the restaurant at the start and end of every day who even remembered my coffee order every morning!
