Breakfast was included in our price and we could not have asked for more. Farm fresh eggs, sausage and bacon, from local suppliers was a real treat. Amazing farm operated by the lovely Jess, with some support of her family was the highlight stay in our 5 week tour of Scotland. The blockout blinds in the rooms were a real bonus for quiet darkened sleep that we craved at so many other places of accomodation. Would book again if we found ourselves in Scotland again.

Thoughtful touches such as sanitary and beauty products in bathroom. Very good breakfast. Plenty of hot water and powerful shower.
