When I booked this property for my son and his friend, I messaged the property to check on the check-in details. The property host never responded....eventually, on the Saturday afternoon, someone contacted me, by that time I was in a panic already. I have been let down by booking.com before where my booking wasn't passed on to the host and I lost my booking.
