Fiona was an absolute joy - I misunderstood some details about the checkin times and she gave me a courtesy call, in which she was so understanding and actively worked with me to accomodate my circumstances - even though I was the one who messed up. Thank you very much, really put a cherry on top of the already smooth experience!

Good price. Clean. Nothing was open on Monday evening so it was lucky there was a clean workable kitchen in the room.

Good location, clean and tidy room. We arrived after usual check in so we didn't meet the staff but when they called us, they were fine.
