We stayed overnight only, so not sure how good is this place for a longer stay. For us it was an excellent value and location. Away from the centre and noise but close enough for a nice stroll to the main strip. Room was spacious, clean and has a nice balcony with a view to the lake. Across the road was a public car park but plenty of places so there is a good chance to park right in front of the room (across the road). Very close to the petrol station and the border crossing to Greece, which was great for us to continue our trip early when there is no traffic build-up. Host is a very pleasant person and offered any help we require but wasn't too pushy and we appreciated that. Balcony was all covered by mosquito mesh so we could leave windows open any time and room insulation was good so the road traffic wasn't an issue. For us bed was comfy to get us a good night sleep and bathroom was OK too. Next time we travel to Greece we will stay here again depending on room availability.

Property on excelent location right to Dojran lake. Host was very friendly and comunication to property was excellent.
