More than adequate for our 3 night stay. I would describe it as a large hotel style room with a kitchenette, small dining table and a sofa. Really, plenty of room for the three of us. Particularly liked the heater which looked like an open fire. It was just what we needed to heat the room and we didn't need the air conditioner. Prevented the room from feeling stuffy hot. But still kept us warm. The heater seemed pretty family friendly, as it wasn't hot to touch on the front. Just a bit of warm air directed upwards. If you want an open fire and you are staying in the cabins, you would use the communal fire pit. But it had been raining the day we arrived, and the one day it was fine, it was very windy, so we didn't get to try that out. We brought stews to heat in the microwave. And I took our casserole dish to heat them up. We had the cabin closest to the highway. However, this didn't seem to be an issue for us. I didn't wear ear plugs and it didn't bother me. It was less noisy than listening to ocean waves. It was very windy when we were there, but we felt safe in this accommodation. It's a very nice property which didn't feel cramped. If we had a caravan, the unpowered sites looked the best, right next to the weir. We went to Girraween Pyramid walk, Donnelly's Castle, and on the wet and windy day went driving and stopped in at Storm King Dam. We were super happy to have snagged this location a few weeks prior to our getaway.
