Excellent customer service from the team and the management of the hotel. I have stayed here twice and on both occasions when I have checked in, the two ladies that have checked me in on reception have been very pleasant. The lady on reception when I checked out on both occasions was the same lady, she was so lovely, so pleasant, had a lovely manner and could not do enough to help you. An asset to the hotel. The room (I stayed in the Byron Suite - Room 404), was a lovely large and airy room, was very comfortable and had a lovely view. The room and the bathroom were clean and the bed was really comfortable... I slept really well!

Bar food was good and tasty, breakfast was a little small for me and slowly served, but lots of guests arrived at the same time so that might be why

Cooked breakfast was very tasty but far too much. I should have specified just one of everything I ordered not two!
