Wonderful apartment with fabulous views and an excellent location. It was clean to the point of feeling brand new! Great little extras like salt, pepper, oil and many more items included and all the equipment you would need for 2 people to cater for yourselves.

The host, Sabine, waa amazing. Friendly, polite and made us feel very welcome. Beautifully appointed apartment, lovely house and very close to the centre (and swimming).

An absolutely beautiful villa renovated to the highest standard with stunning original features such as the tiled fire, ornate ceiling and granite finishes. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare simple meals. Plenty of coffee, teas, olive oil etc. The setting is glorious. Sitting above the village of St Wolfgang but only a minutes walk away it has stunning views and green hills behind the property. The garden is beautiful with its espaliered pear tree and grape vines. The host, Sabine, was delightful. She made sure we had everything we needed. Texted us one day when it was raining to see whether she could put the fire on for us. Left us wine on the doorstep another day. We adored Villa Franz Xaver and would love to have stayed longer.
