Contact hotel for details.Pet fee is USD $150 per stay. 40lbs limit and maximum 2 pets allowed (Dogs only).The resort fee includes access to bike rentals, 2 specialty drinks, tennis court access, wellness class and other leisure facilities.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. We loved the "Southern" ambience of this hotel, which you don't often get these days. Very high standard of room décor and facilities, particularly in the bathroom which was well appointed with an all marble finish and pleasant toiletries etc. The compulsory $40 "resort fee" was a surprise and I thought an annoying addition to the rate as we didn't intend to use the beach or pool etc, BUT it turned out to be excellent value as we had nearly $100 worth of free cocktails and fast broadband included. The staff at the Veranda bar were excellent. Mike, I think his name was, even demonstrated how he "smoked" our cocktails at the table when I asked how it was done. Service well beyond expectations. Restaurant food excellent, (though see below).
