The fine print
- Air conditioning and wifi are not included in the reservation price.- Air conditioning is by pay-per-meter use. Guests can buy the load or credit via the link provided in the notice board of instructions on how to buy the credit.- Wifi is 5€ per day and paid cash on arrival.- A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required up to 12 pax. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 2 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.- Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. I was a bit skeptical but everything was amazing, the house offers a lot of possibilities, is spacious and offers everything you need. Jane is a wonderful person, helpful and caring, the city is very close by foot, taxi and bus. I have nothing to complain about, we will definitely come back.

We had a fantastic stay as a group of friends — the house was perfect for us! All the facilities we needed were available, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The location is ideal: peacefully situated on the edge of the city, yet very central and well connected. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating, always available to help and very welcoming. Highly recommended — we truly enjoyed our time here!

Lovely swimming pool and downstairs games room. A spacious apartment with plenty of beds and flexibility to accommodate a large group.
