The fine print
‣ Air conditioning and wifi are not included in the reservation price.
‣ Air conditioning is by pay-per-meter use. Guests can buy the load or credit via the link provided in the notice board of instructions on how to buy the credit.
‣ Wifi is 5€ per day and paid cash on arrival.
‣ A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required up to 12 pax. This will be collected by credit card. Reimbursed within 2 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.• Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required at check-in. (A copy of an ID will not be accepted).

Flexibility. We could leave the key in the lock everytime we left the house so any of my friends could get in when required. The view is great, the property big and rooms spacious. The pool and the sun beds were really good. Great support from Jane to organise activities.

The villa was very spacious and comfortable, with a great pool and wrap-around balconies on every floor. Perfect for a large group with plenty of activities and close to the bars and restaurants of St Julian’s. The host was very communicative, helpful and easy to deal with, making our stay really pleasant.
