Friendly staff , easy instructions for entry , good facilities, well structured room . Pool was a great addition. Washing machine ( liquid there for use( and dryer to use . Bonus on the roof was the view plus a full size bbq / grill which we used several times . Full size supermarket accessible thru a doorway and lift just up the road . Easy to walk to neighbourhood and Bolt taxi . Highly recommended 👌

The hotel was amazing. It wasn’t busy so you could get a spot near the pool easily and the pool was clean and the perfect temperature to cool down in. There’s a hot tub on the roof terrace which was just lovely! Kitchen in the room was very handy to have a fridge with a freezer compartment. Towels were readily available as was the agent on WhatsApp when you messaged for assistance. Highly recommend, would come back. We extended our stay here by two nights as we liked it so much :)

We would like to suggest adding a drying rack, perhaps on the 4th floor or on the 3rd-floor terrace. We found it a bit difficult to dry our swimsuits and towels, and we didn't want to use the dryer for just a few items. Otherwise, we are incredibly happy with our stay; it truly feels like a home away from home. All the staff were kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Ioanka.
