I was honestly obsessed with the location. The hotel was really nice. The staff was exceptional like they were my favourite people ever and I had no complaints like I love the hotel so much I had to extend my stay honestly I 100% recommend. the rooftop as well and the spa accessibility was amazing. Again shout out to the staff who are all really nice and even though the hotel was on the strip I had no complaints about the noise then again like I was out every single night I would 1000% recommend this place like honestly it was the best place ever like no joke the best place ever. if I am ever back in Malta, I will be 100% staying there again.

Excellent would highly recommend the staff were amazing and very accommodating. The room exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect being right next to the beach and surrounded by lots of restaurants. The breakfast had lots of options and the staff were very accommodating if you had dietary requirements.

Read everything!! the hotel was ok, we expected the hotel to look like the pictures here on booking, our room was like the picture and it was nice, but the disadvantages of the hotel are: THE SWIMMING POOL IS NOT IN THIS HOTEL!! neither inside and outside is in the "sister" hotel which is one street down so you have to walk through a busy street to go to the spa which is in another hotel "H hotel". about the H hotel, those are the pictures here on booking, rooms with bathtubs and jacuzzis, that's another hotel, people! We heard two or three people complaining that they didn't get the room from the picture. we were at the pool in another hotel, they give you towels and everything is ok, but we paid a lot for the hotel to go to another hotel, if you have breakfast, you will also have to go to the "sister hotel" for breakfast. The employees were all very kind, really, I have one more complaint, but before I write it, I have to say that the next day they fixed everything right away and we had no further problems with cleanliness. As soon as we arrived, we took a picture of the room where there were damages and defects in order to draw their attention to the fact that we didn't screw something up, because as soon as you arrive at the hotel, they take the deposit from your card! we got 250e, they returned the money as soon as we left the hotel, but now it depends on the bank when the money will be returned to the account, regarding the flaws I mentioned above there were a lot of them, the water flowed a little strangely in the toilet, the shelf in the toilet was wobbly and broken, the toilet salt was dirty on the inside of the board. a long black hair under the pillow (I'm blonde) and some more spots on the sheet and a few more small hairs.
