The location, the space offered by the house and the wonderful views! Parking was a massive bonus too!

The property was easy to find, being a little higher up in St Ives, it meant we didn't have to navigate the narrow roads, which was a bonus. The views were stunning and house tastefully decorated.

House was beautiful, lovely facilities and decor. Dog loved sitting in the window and starring out to sea as did we. Would definitely come back!
