Locally run independent family business, they go that extra mile! Best stocked mini fridge I've ever come across, lovely massive bed and linen. Had a night away with my daughter, literally 24 hrs. Had the best time together, really helpful at reception. Played being tourists for the day in St ives, was brilliant.

Stunning hotel. Parking space for the car - important in St Ives. Public spaces all gorgeous, beautiful art, wallpaper and original features. Room was beautifully decorated, had a very comfortable large double bed and a lovely large bathroom. Best of all, on returning to the room after a very hot afternoon in St Ives the air conditioning had been left on high. Delicious. Also a great breakfast included - hot and continental.

The bedroom had a wonderful view over the beach. The bed was incredibly comfortable as were the pillows. The breakfast was out of this world! Ella makes her own granola which was delicious. The salmon on poached eggs was generous, well cooked and tasty. It included little nuances like chives. I am dairy intolerant so Ella had thought ahead and purchased a dairy free alternative yogurt and for the roasted vine tomatoes on toast she used premium olive oil. Great attention to detail and customer focus. Thank you!
