Perfect location, easy walk to bus and train stations. Beautiful cream tea and bottle of milk on arrival and fresh flowers in the window. Very well equipped kitchen and well maintained, clean and beautifully decorated throughout. There were useful phone numbers, maps and a range of books, dvds and board games available if required.

What a treasure! Would highly recommend. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, with literally everything you could possibly need in a self-catering property. The very welcoming hosts have thought of it all. A really lovely cottage in a good location, close to Eden Project. Just perfect!

The cottage is well-fitted out with comfortable furniture, good lighting, modern appliances and was warm in spite of cold weather. The hosts who live next door were responsive but did not interfere. They provided a welcome pack including a cream tea, coffee and milk. The cottage has both a Morrisons Daily and an Aldi within walking distance. It is an easy drive into the centre of St Austell and to other attractions.

Cottage was superb. Owner was friendly and helpful. Location was difficult for us as we did not have car. Used taxis and local buses. If we were in our car location would have been perfect. No complaints.
