Quiet location just out of town. Draw for us was the garden - secure with plenty of space to run and could look out from inside. Comfy sofa, tv and patio doors out on garden. Was a great setup. Comfy beds. Good sized rooms with plenty of hanging space.

Very clean, warm, modern accommodation, conveniently located from St Andrews town. Easy to find, on the A road. Clear instructions on utilities. Good gardens, hot water bath (didn't use it though).
