The fine print
- We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 4 people. Further, if the group behaviour is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
- Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians. We do not recommend families.
- Our standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM.
- We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. Additionally, guests carrying IDs with a local address will not be allowed to check-in.
- Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus.
- We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services.
- Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.
- Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in and around the property premises.
- Right to admission reserved.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

The lake views in the front and beautiful mountains forest views at the back makes it a perfect getaway in the center of Srinagar. Friendly staff and great food.

It was fun staying at zostle. Great food, especially ginger lemon honey tea and vegetable pakoda. The staff is very helpful. The rooms very pretty clean. The property location is great.
