It's in the midst of Dal Lake away from the main Ghat areas. Calm and quiet location. Ferry facility from Ghat No.9 to the House Boat, arranged free of cost.

Tantray Ashraf was a very friendly staff and the other person who bought us to the boat house and brought us home made tasty food on the first day everyone were super friendly and excellent and thier service was great 👍🏻😍🥰☺️

I booked this property for my parents'. I was worried about them managing it on their own. I told the case to the property owner and he was extremely helpful. They help planned the itinerary and arranged all the services at good prices. Couldn't have been happier.
