Shakeel is a great host. Provided Chai every morning. We were invited for dinner a few times. Always helpful and loves to have a chat. The boat is older and basic, but very cosy and at the budget end of the market, so it’s great value for money.

Wonderful tiny and cozy houseboat on the lake Dal with direct access from the shore. Beatoful seeof the lake. Nice parlour and veranda. Well decorated room. Host very helpful. Good value for money

Location is fantastic, Hotel Owner is friendly and extremely supportive. Arranged Shikara boat at a reasonable price. Kahawa made by him was fabulous. Great Value for Money
