This is kind of home stay and just few meters away from the quitter part of Dal lake. The rooms were spotlessly clean (a rare experience throughout Kashmir trip) and the owners are polite and ready to support and friendly. A missing element in opportunistic tourism industry at Kashmir. However be clear that you may not see Dalmlake from the property but it’s less then 50 m away
