A mark of an exceptional host/ company is not just when things go right but when things go wrong. We were moved from Villa Marta due to some issues that were communicated before our stay to another of Karlas properties 'Villa Nepot'. She kept the same price and upgraded us to a 5 star property built into the historic walls of Split so this is a review for Villa Nepot. Outstanding property with a fantastic roof terrace. Would stay again. All the property finished to an exceptional standard. Make sure you listen to her when she says to leave the water heater on otherwise you'll have a cool shower. Location is fantastic everything near by. Would go out of my way to stay again. FYI we paid via bank transfer when we were at the venue - not before - I was a little nervous at first but was absolutely fine.

We got a room with the access to the Diocletian Palace walls! It was magnificent experience. Household was really clean and prepared for everything. Even it is in very heart of Diocletian Palace - inside was really silent. We didn't hear much of the noise from the streets. Our host was super nice and communication was smooth. If you ever plan to visit Split - this is the only choice.
