Cleanliness and layout of the apartment and the fact that water and beer was left in the fridge. Great restaurants, bar and beach nearby.

The location is great - very close to the city beach, about 1m walking from a grocery store and 10 minutes walking from the Split beachwalk area with bars and restaurants. When we arrived with the bus from the airport, it took us 10 minutes to walk late at night to the apartment. Easy to find! Check-in was easy - we were able to obtain the keys from an external key box when we arrived late at night, which was very convenient. When we entered the apartment, we were happy to see that there were 2 complimentary bottles of water, beer and juice for us waiting. We are big on staying in a clean place and we were not disappointed: the apartment was very clean (for our standards) and had clean towels, clean floors, clean bedding and clean bathroom. The cleanliness was excellent and we felt very comfortable in the apartment. As for amenities, there was a functional and good air conditioning unit (necessary in Split!), a large refrigerator, fully functional kitchen with silverware, cookware, pots, pans, dishwasher, salt, sugar, coffee, a clean new dish sponge, clean drying towels and clean empty trash cans, among other things. There was a little balcony and also a washing machine as well as a drying rack. In the closet, there were extra comforters and blankets as well as beach towels available for use. In general, everything you need and would think of - there was great attention to detail and very nice amenities, given that in some apartments we have stayed, you do not even get soap in the bathroom, let alone dishwashing soap or even complimentary coffee. We were happily surprised that we had everything. We did not personally meet the owner, Mila, but he was in touch with us via the Booking app and also via telephone. We heard the guests staying in the second apartment only when they entered and left, but never met them either. We had everything we needed and felt extremely comfortable and happy to have spent our vacation days here in the apartment. Definitely recommended!

Great apartment, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Had water, juice and beer in the fridge on our arrival, which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Good size, spotless, well equipped, nicely decorated and secure apartment. Great location 10 mins to beach, FlixBus station, island ferry terminal, Riva. Grocery store, bakery and restaurants nearby. Good communication with owner.
