The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well furbished. The building is new and there was garage parking available. There is a hairdryer, although it's not mentioned in the description. There's going to be a great beach nearby.

Excellent apartment with a very good location near the beach - only 3 min walk, 10min to the city bus, Tommy small supermarket, atm etc. and in a quiet neighbourhood. Apartment on the ground floor has a really convenient locked balcony door which leads through the yard onto the street, this makes every walk to the beach very easy. We could also leave all the water equipment, wet beach towels on the yard outside. Ground floor location is also easily accessible from the underground garage; no need to carry luggage or shopping. An extra room with the bed located inside the fully covered lodge was a nice surprise. All rooms with air conditioning, very clean, have all needed equipment for cooking. Very nice beach, although most of it was closed for construction works this time. Split has really well operating city bus lines, with a mobile app Promet which allows you to buy tickets in advance which later can be activated in the bus by scanning QR code. It shows actual bus timetables, bus stops on the map with real time bus location. Using the city bus was a good way to visit the old town instead of taking a car. I recommend this apartment and location.

I like to thanks to host. The apartment has been well equipped and nicely decorated. The large balcony gives you space to relax. She were very helpful to get to know the apartment and the amenities.
