Plenty of parking, comfortable accommodation and the cleanest B&B we’ve stayed in. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming. Poached eggs for breakfast were very good. Excellent location: set back from main road in a quiet village. (Easy walk into Spilsby for an evening meal at the Nelson’s Butt pub)

We were welcomed on arrival by a lovely warm friendly lady, made us feel so welcome. Our accommodation was so clean, tidy and spacious. Beds were so comfy, bathroom and kitchen were spotless too. Area was so quiet and peaceful, not a sound.
