We had an amazing stay at Rizaria and would give it a solid 10 out of 10! From the very beginning, Maria’s hospitality was exceptional. She was always attentive to our comfort, incredibly thoughtful and detail oriented. We even received a lovely welcome package with soft drinks, beers, and a bottle of prosecco to celebrate our honeymoon, such a kind and personal touch! The house itself is stunning, everything is brand new, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with all the appliances you could need, including for cooking and doing laundry. The kitchen has all the utensils, and everything is functional and easy to use. The terrace is simply spectacular, with breathtaking views over Ipsos Bay, and the private pool is the perfect spot to relax while enjoying the scenery of the sea and the mountains. Located in the charming village of Spartylas, this place offers a truly authentic Greek experience. A car is definitely recommended if you stay here, but it's absolutely worth it. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely be coming back!

What I liked the most was the service provided by the owner. Ms. Maria is a very kind and helpful person. The house is modern, very well equipped, and has everything you need. The views are stunning. I highly recommend it!

Our experience was absolutely amazing! The house is wonderful with everything you need (and even more) for relaxing holidays. It’s quite new, modern, comfortable, well furnished and tastefully designed, creating a welcoming and serene atmosphere. Everything was very clean. The terrace is huge with a lot of sunbeds and seating options. You can always find a place in the sun or the shadow. The view is magnificent, perched on a quiet and secluded hillside that offers perfect tranquillity. Our host (the lovely Maria) was exceptionally warm and helpful, always available to assist and make sure we felt at home. In addition, a great care package was provided at arrival. We had an incredible time and will come back for certain.
