The staff are perfect friendly polite and helpful I recommend everybody to come to this hotel if they are willing to visit the sea especially Mr Abdullah Wishah and Mr. Mohammed abu Soud , they are wonderful.

I truly appreciated the way the staff treated us, everyone was attentive and kind, especially the waiters, who were always helpful and courteous. A special mention to Cristal, who had a very sweet gesture with my daughter when she found out it was her birthday. It meant a lot to us.
