This is a beautiful house spacious , very comfortable , well equipped kitchen ,although freezer ( a small table top freezer provided)and dishwasher broken .Bedrooms were v comfortable the bed linen was lovely . We had a super weekend in the house and Southwold . The beach hut was greatly enjoyed by all especially as weather was hot .

Location was ideal. No need to drive anywhere once we had arrived. Everything short walking distance. House was a real home from home. Everything we needed.
