Breakfast was delicious with a lovely selection of fruit and cereals. We had dinner on our final night, as the restaurant wasn't open earlier and enjoyed a lovely salmon meal. The hotel has a large dining room with its quaint ambience and old grandfather clocks chiming the hour - lovely historic feel to the place.

Location, close to Minster and centre. Lovely walks around the area. History, beautiful old building. Good value and tasty evening meal. Receptionist was lovely, very chatty and funny! Lovely 4 poster room with wood panelling. Felt like stepping back in time, but very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Roll top bath was a nice addition in the en suite.
