Probably the one of the better options in Southampton. The male who works there was very friendly and assisted us with our luggage up to the top floor. The check-in system is very simple with keyless entry quite convenient. Bathroom seems to have been recently renovated, which was good.

We had a very pleasant stay at this guest house in Southampton. There was free parking available right in front of the property, which was really convenient. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Thick curtains and shutters made the room nice and dark for a restful sleep, yet we were still able to let fresh air in, which helped keep the room cool despite the warm weather. A fan was also provided, which was a nice touch. There were tea and coffee facilities in the room, along with a couple of biscuits and bottled water. The free Wi-Fi worked well, and although we’re not sure how many other guests were staying at the time, it was very quiet—no noise at all, which we appreciated. The bathroom was modern and clean, with a great shower. There was also access to a shared kitchen and lounge area, though we didn’t use these during our stay. Check-in was fully automated—we received door codes for both the front entrance and our room via text message, and we didn’t see any staff during our visit. This suited us fine, but it’s worth noting if you prefer in-person interaction.

The location , the decor. Can't really fault it. Felt like a plush hotel room at a budget price.
